Everyone who applies gets a yes or a no by email.

Privates at La Luna Bachata Festival are one-on-one lessons you give at Åby Arena or in the hotel, any day from Thursday 5 to Monday 9 November. Attendees book you directly on Instagram or WhatsApp, and you set your own rate.

We pick a small group of teachers across Bachata and Kizomba. Sign in so your application is saved with your account — you can update it until the deadline.

A Google Drive, Instagram or YouTube link to a video of you dancing or teaching. Make sure it's shared so anyone with the link can view it.

Photo of yourself

A clear photo of you (or both of you) for your private-lesson card. Portrait works best. JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 8 MB. We remove location data from the file. It also becomes your La Luna profile photo: only people you connect with in the festival app see it, and you can change or remove it on My Page.

I am 18 or older.

La Luna may store and review this application — my name, Instagram handle, email, country and city, dance role (if I give one), what and when I teach, my rate, video link, photo and comment — to select private-lesson teachers for La Luna 2026 and to contact me about it. My photo also becomes my La Luna profile photo, which only people I connect with in the festival app can see; I can change or remove it on My Page.

I have read La Luna's Code of Conduct and agree to follow it.

OptionalLa Luna may also use the photo, video and text I send with this application on the festival's website and social media to promote La Luna 2026. I can withdraw this at any time by unticking this box and updating my application, or by emailing La Luna.

We review every application, and everyone hears back by email by 2 Nov. If we accept you, we'll show you your listing before it goes live.

We use these details to review your application and contact you about it. If we accept you, your listing on the private lessons page shows your name, what you teach, your days and a button to message you on Instagram, plus your rate and photo only if you chose to show them. We delete the application a month after the festival. Privacy policy
